POLYNESIAN CHICKEN BURGERS
Ingredients
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Polynesian Pineapple Rub & Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 lbs. (.908 kg) ground chicken
3 Tbsp. Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce
Pineapple slices
Instructions
Combine the first seven ingredients, mix well; add ground chicken and mix until combined; form into patties. Turn grill to medium high heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side. Cook burgers until internal temperature reaches 165°F. While burgers are cooking brush pineapple slices with Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce and grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Place burger patties, pineapple slices, lettuce and other fixings on toasted buns.
